This patriotic snowman has has been hand-painted with stars and stripes on his hat and the top half of his body. He is holding some silver "thingies" in his hand and has a drum around his neck . The base has been decorated with silver stars too.. He has a gold loop thread to enable him to be hung as an ornament from your Christmas tree or perhaps lapel depending on how festive you feel!!
